Andrea T. Fodor — President

Andrea Fodor is Vice President, Business Relationship Banker at Newtown Savings Bank, bringing over two decades of banking experience to her role. A native Spanish speaker from Quito, Ecuador, Andrea blends her financial expertise with a deep passion for fostering community and economic development.

As President of HCCGB for over two terms, her dynamic leadership has fueled significant chamber growth and expanded community reach. She is a tireless advocate for the Latino business community, guiding strategic initiatives and building lasting relationships that strengthen the chamber’s mission.

Eva Y. Vega — Vice President

Eva Vega is AVP Branch Manager at M&T Bank, with over 24 years of experience in business and consumer banking. She is also President of HOLA, M&T Bank’s employee resource group, where she champions diversity and mentorship programs.

As Vice President of HCCGB, Eva supports initiatives that foster growth and opportunity, promoting financial literacy and providing mentorship in both English and Spanish. Her commitment to service is matched by her passion for developing teams and creating meaningful client relationships.

Clodomiro J. Falcon, MBA — Board Committee Ambassador

Clodomiro Falcon is a seasoned business consultant and small business advocate, currently serving with the Spanish American Merchants Association (SAMA). Over his 36-year career, he has founded and led multiple ventures, including Falcon Advertising and The Hispanic Commercial Guide, while serving on numerous nonprofit boards.

A past President of HCCGB (2008–2012), Clodomiro now serves as Board Committee Ambassador, bringing unmatched experience, community insight, and strategic vision to chamber initiatives.

Romona Santelises — Members Ambassador

Romona Santelises leverages her professional expertise to strengthen member relationships and engagement within HCCGB. As Members Ambassador, she focuses on connecting members with resources, opportunities, and networks that help their businesses grow.

Her dedication to member success ensures the chamber remains a valuable and supportive community for all.

Celeste Tapia — Events Coordinator

Celeste Tapia is a bilingual Business Advisor and Community Outreach Officer at the Community Economic Development Fund (CEDF), where she supports small businesses through access to capital, education, and technical assistance. Originally from Argentina, Celeste combines her background as a librarian, entrepreneur, and educator to deliver culturally relevant advising and hands-on workshops.

As HCCGB’s Events Coordinator, she curates impactful programs that foster connection, knowledge-sharing, and economic growth for the Latino business community.

Peter Baez — Legal Advisor

Peter Baez brings legal expertise and community advocacy to his role as HCCGB’s Legal Advisor.

He provides guidance on governance, compliance, and legal matters affecting the chamber, ensuring a strong operational foundation for the organization’s growth and sustainability.

Fernanda Ferrari — Director of Marketing

Fernanda Ferrari is the founder of F3 Digital Marketing, a strategy-first agency helping businesses grow through customized digital solutions. As a Brazilian-American entrepreneur, she is passionate about equipping Latino business owners with tools, resources, and connections to thrive.

In her role as Director of Marketing for HCCGB, Fernanda drives the chamber’s brand presence, communication strategies, and digital outreach to expand impact and visibility.

Juan Romero-Paez — Director of Membership

Juan Romero-Paez is a Business Performance Advisor at Insperity, delivering tailored HR solutions that help business leaders focus on growth, reduce risks, and achieve long-term success. As HCCGB’s Director of Membership, Juan ensures members are supported, engaged, and connected with valuable resources. A first-generation college graduate from Sacred Heart University, Juan brings both professional expertise and personal passion for empowering the Latino business community.
